Shaun Baskett, Director, Index Sales, Cboe Europe
Shaun Baskett has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry with a background in equity Derivatives and Indexing. Shaun is currently the Director of Index Sales for Cboe Europe, the largest stock exchange in Europe. In his role, which he has held since the beginning of 2017, Shaun oversees sales and marketing efforts for the company’s index products. Bats launched its index business in June 2016 and is bringing choice and competition to the European index market through its suite of products. Prior to joining Cboe, Shaun worked in Index sales for Deutsche Boerse, as well as roles at the London Stock Exchange and OM Group. Shaun has also had several roles in Investment banks including as a sales trader at JP Morgan and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Ari Burstein, President, Capital Markets Strategies
Ari Burstein is President of Capital Markets Strategies. In his role, Mr. Burstein represents financial services firms, including investment advisers, hedge funds, private equity firms, broker-dealers, securities exchanges and trade associations before regulators and policymakers, in the U.S. and globally. Prior to starting Capital Markets Strategies, Mr. Burstein was Head of US Regulatory Affairs for Kreab, a leading global consulting firm. In that role, Mr. Burstein was responsible for advising financial services clients on global regulatory and policy developments impacting their businesses. Representative clients included asset managers, broker-dealers and financial services trade associations.
Xiaolin Chen, Head of International, KraneShares
Xiaolin is a Managing Director, Head of International of KraneShares based out of the United Kingdom. Xiaolin oversees investment solutions and strategy effort and manages the firm’s business outside of the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Xiaolin was a lead portfolio manager with J.P.Morgan Private Bank managing fund of fund portfolios comprising public market and liquid alternative assets. Xiaolin was responsible for client portfolios totaling $70billion collectively across a range of different risk parameters. Her duties included development of investment strategy, tactical asset allocation and investment implementation.
Tom Digby, Head of EMEA ETF Client Trading, Invesco
Tom is the head of client trading within Invesco’s EMEA capital markets team, responsible for helping investors find the most cost effective and efficient way to buy and sell Invesco’s range of exchange-traded products. As technical ETF experts his team work closely with a wide variety of buyside clients as well as Authorized Participants, market-makers and brokers to leverage ETFs for their specific market access needs.
Dan Draper, Managing Director and Global Head of ETFs, Invesco
Dan Draper is a Managing Director and Global Head of Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) at Invesco. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Draper held asset management, wealth management and investment banking leadership positions in New York, London, Hong Kong and Jakarta with Credit Suisse Asset Management, Lyxor Asset Management, iShares/Barclays Global Investors, Goldman Sachs, UBS Wealth Management and Salomon Brothers.
Anna Driggs, Associate Chief Counsel, Investment Company Institute
Anna Driggs is Associate Chief Counsel for ICI Global’s Retirement Policy group at the Investment Company Institute. She heads global pensions research and initiatives and also engages with policymakers and other interested parties on behalf of the ICI and ICI Global membership to promote retirement security. In addition, she plays a lead role in organising ICI Global programmes on the role of funds in retirement savings. Prior to joining the Institute in 2007, Ms. Driggs was an Associate at Groom Law Group. Ms. Driggs began her law career at a Seattle-based law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine. She earned her JD, with honors, from the University of Washington School of Law and her BA, magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University. Prior to her U.S.-based education, she studied at the Linguistical University in Nizhniy Novgord, Russia. Ms. Driggs is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
Deborah Fuhr, Managing Partner and Founder, ETFGI
Deborah Fuhr is the managing partner and founder of ETFGI, an independent research and consultancy firm launched in 2012 in London. The firm offers paid for subscription research, consulting and events. Previously, she served as global head of ETF research and implementation strategy and as a managing director at BlackRock/Barclays Global Investors from 2008 – 2011. Fuhr also worked as a managing director and head of the investment strategy team at Morgan Stanley in London from 1997 – 2008, and as an associate at Greenwich Associates.

Kevin continues to be an active participant in the financial services industry, serving as a member of the Standard & Poor’s Advisory Panel, and the Dow Jones Global Index Committee. Kevin studied Economics, Finance and Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. Kevin was named one of IIAC’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2015 and is currently the Vice Chair of Canadian ETF Association.

Isabell Moessler, ETF Business Development Manager, Markets & Global Sales, Euronext
Isabell Moessler is in charge of ETF issuer relationships and new listings at Euronext, the pan-European stock exchange. Euronext operates four national regulated securities and derivatives markets in Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon and Paris and a regulated securities market in Ireland. Having been involved in ETFs since 2005 as part of the original iShares European sales team, Isabell has witnessed the growth of ETFs in the European markets and extensive experience working with clients to educate and advise them on the use of ETFs. Isabell joined Euronext from ETF Securities where she was Head of Strategic Partnerships having led the Capital Markets and European sales team. Further professional experience includes management consulting at Willis Towers Watson and fixed income sales at Goldman Sachs. Isabell holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and a BSc Hons Business Studies from Cass Business School, London. She is on the advisory board for Equileap, an ambassador for the Diversity Project and on the finance committee for the Young Women’s Trust.
Tara O’Reilly, Partner, Arthur Cox
Tara has extensive experience in advising leading asset managers and fund promoters both globally and domestically in the structuring, establishment, management and sale of a wide variety of investment funds in the UCITS and alternative space. Tara advises those funds, their management companies, servicing operations and directors of their regulation, compliance and corporate governance requirements. Tara has also advised on a number of large asset management group and platform amalgamations. Tara has a particular expertise in ETFs and is a leadership member of the Irish chapter of Women in ETFs and a former member of the EFAMA ETF working group. Tara is a regular speaker at international and domestic conferences and a contributor to international journals and publications.
Adriano Pace, Managing Director, Head of Equities (Europe), Tradeweb
Adriano Pace is a managing director at Tradeweb, head of Equities (Europe). Since joining the firm in 2010, Adriano has been instrumental in developing and running the equity derivatives and European ETF client-to-dealer platforms. After starting his career with a three year spell on the equity futures and options desk at Union Bank of Switzerland, he moved to Credit Suisse First Boston where he became a director in the equity derivatives division. Then, as a director of the global equity derivatives desk at Deutsche Bank AG, Adriano was responsible for the sales coverage of UK institutional clients in all flow derivatives. In 2006 Adriano joined consultancy ‘lucidate’ and was responsible for financial training in the areas of derivative markets, derivative and volatility products, fund management trends and portfolio strategy. Adriano holds a B.A. in economics from Kent University and an MsC in economics with finance from Bristol University.

Jason Xavier is Head of EMEA Capital Markets for Franklin Templeton Investments. The Capital Markets team works closely with investors, broker-dealers and market makers to ensure efficient primary and secondary market trading for all Franklin ETFs. His responsibilities include working with European liquidity providers to foster healthy creation and redemption processes and on-screen markets, as well as partnering with Franklin European sales specialists to discuss ETF trading and structure directly with clients. Mr. Xavier has over 16 years of experience in ETF, Index and portfolio strategies. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in the summer of 2017, Mr. Xavier headed the Capital Markets team at ETF Securities based in London. His experience prior to ETF Securities includes running the ETF capital markets function at HSBC Asset management and multi-asset index structuring at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. Jason holds a BEng in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from Imperial College London
